What is the Moon Mentor Directory?
This is a database of healers, teachers, medical professionals & more~ accessible ONLY through our Moon Rise FaceBook Group. In an effort to create community, we want to share your services and expertise with women in our spiritually-minded space. 
We believe that women have the power to heal the world…
But it all begins with individual health and autonomy. Moon Rise is creating a directory of vetted caregivers who understand the importance of delivering quality and accessible care to women.
If you too believe in teaching women how to care for themselves from a holistic perspective, you’re in the right place.
How does the Directory work?
We ask that as a part of the community of mentors, you offer a minimum 10% discount (to the services of your choice) as a perk to the members. This can be as few as a single offering, up to as many offerings as you would like to discount for members’ use.
Only Moon Mentors will have the opportunity to share about what they do as Special Guests in Moon Rise events & market their services directly to our group. If you are interested in being a special guest, let us know in the form below.
We highly suggest you join our Facebook Group as a way of letting the women get to know you in an approachable & fun way. This is what creates lasting relationships that help our members to feel safe trying out your discounted services.
Our expectations for Moon Mentors:

A 10% minimum discount to at least one of your services, provided only for our Moon Rise group.

You provide the utmost care and devotion to all female-identifying clients no matter their race, belief system, ethnicity, or other identifiers. Moon Rise strives to create safe spaces for all women.

Your Moon Circle relationship is exclusively with Moon Rise. We understand that many practitioners work around Moon Astrology, but when it comes to “women’s moon circles” you are working exclusively with Moon Rise. This is a reciprocal relationship~ as a Moon Mentor we will be recommending your services to the women we meet & hope you do the same for us. We have built our programs with care and intention & honor that you have done the same.
I'm in, what's next?
In order to make this as easy on you as possible, we find it best to offer this discount via a discount code. 
There are two ways to make this happen:

You can submit the code through your private booking site as an automation. This way, you will only need to provide us with the link to the booking form. From there, members will be able to schedule with you as normal, but will simply enter the code upon check-out (on your very own website/scheduler app).
#2
If you do not currently have a booking system that allows the use of code discounts, you can simply provide us with your email as the main booking form. We will instruct the members to reach out to you via email, with the discount code as their subject line. You will need to make sure to schedule directly with the member and charge at a 10% discount manually.

Terms & Conditions

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box in case any of our email(s) are caught by spam filters. You will receive essential information electronically from oc.moonrise@gmail.com

By checking the box above, you represent that you are over the age of 18. Moon Rise does not permit those under 18 to join gathering- No children and no pets (certified & trained service animals are permitted) are allowed to join the gathering services.

You agree that you will not share any discount codes with anyone who is not a current member of the Moon Rise membership programs, including to but not limiting family, friends, clients, or other service providers. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to work with clients in a just and fair way, to uphold proper business licenses, techniques, practices, and legalities. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to keep up to date with clients as well as Moon Rise in order to stay informed about the directory and any changes that may affect your involvement with Moon Rise.

Payment:
There are no fees associated for joining the Moon Mentor Directory. Rather, Moon Rise requires that in order to be listed you provide a minimum 10% discount to Moon Rise Members with access to the Directory to at least one or more services that you offer.

Safety:
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Moon Rise is a community event hosted by and for willing participants. We highly suggest you consult a doctor and/or mental health practitioner in regards to your personal health, safety, and well-being. At any time you may email Moon Rise directly to be asked to be taken off of the Moon Mentor Directory. You agree not to share any private information regarding any Moon Rise members including that they are or have been members.

Liability:
Servicing clients is at your own risk. We do not have personal contact or information regarding every single member using the Moon Rise services. We always recommend to members and service providers alike, that you use caution and safety practices when creating meetings or providing services/resources.

Cancellations:
Any cancellations as well as scheduling is held solely as the responsibility between service provider (you) and client. Moon Rise will not be held accountable for any services/fess/etc. that comes with booking clients even through our Moon Mentor Directory referral program.

We may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel your registration and/or cancel or postpone a Group or Community meeting or event, whether physical or virtual, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. Should the meeting or event be postponed or cancelled, we are not responsible nor liable for any costs and/or expenses you may incur due to the postponement and/or cancellation of the Group or Community meeting or event.

Intellectual Property:
In most circumstances, papers, working documents will be issued and shared in the Group or Community you are joining. This documentation is made available only to those participating in the Group or Community. This documentation is provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced, shared or distributed (whether in whole or part) by any method whatsoever without prior written permission given to you by the copyright owner.

Access:
Your registration entitles you to have your information shared through our directory. Any and all other costs associated with scheduling, cancellation, etc. shall be borne solely by you, and Moon Rise shall have no liability for such costs.

Use of Likeness:
By participating in the event you acknowledge and agree to grant Moon Rise the right at the event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to Moon Rise includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
You acknowledge and agree that Moon Rise, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

Disruptive Conduct:
You acknowledge and agree that Moon Rise reserves the right to remove you from the directory if Moon Rise, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the messaging, content, or any other provided services by other attendees. Moon Rise may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any event, in Moon Rise’s sole discretion. Moon Rise has the ability to remove your information from the directory and our community association at any time. You agree that you will support the Moon Rise community values and that you will not participate in anything that could appear as de-valuing the Moon Rise community.

The following actions will disqualify you from taking part in this program and our community:

  • Sharing or supporting any negative commentary about Moon Rise

  • Participating in competing Women’s Moon Circles (unless otherwise discussed with Moon Rise as okay)

  • Creating or supporting content that does not adhere to the Moon Rise mission and values

  • Hate speech, bullying, etc.

  • Sharing the discount code with anyone who is not a current member of the Moon Rise membership program

Moon Rise reserves the right to disqualify you from participation in any form at any point in time, without needing to notify you in any way.

Moon Rise is firm in its belief and recommendation that all humans should seek professional medical help where needed.
